While it’s still not clear who the warden will be in the new “Apartment Row”, it is well known that the east side of town will feature the new building technique pioneered in Sioux Falls.
With wildly abundant, yet very expensive apartment buildings going up everywhere in the city, the newly built “Apartment Row” will feature a fenced-in basketball court, weight lifting sets, and an in house tattoo artist. A big bang for your buck!
“Apartment Row” will feature visitation times on Saturdays and Sundays so that outsiders can inspect living conditions, and check up on their friends and family.
Sharp objects, food, and liquids are to be left at the front desk while visiting “Apartment Row”.
“I think my time in ‘The Row’ will be very refreshing, and I plan on finding my religion again while I’m here.” One cell member said.
Current Mayor Mike Huether is the favorite to be “Apartment Row’s” first warden.
